Post internship, Dr. Fink completed an ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery Residency at McLaren Oakland Hospital, a major trauma center in Pontiac, Michigan. Residency training provided facial plastic and reconstructive surgeries at other well-known hospitals including University of Michigan, Henry Ford Hospital, Wayne State University and William Beaumont Hospital.

Disorders of skin are addressed with emphasis on prevention and early detection.
